Buying a car is a big decision, and at Future Drivalia, we want you to be 100% sure. That’s why we offer consumers the option to return a purchased vehicle without giving any reason within 14 days of signing the contract.

How does it work?

Please always contact us to schedule a handover appointment before returning the car. The vehicle must be returned to our sales location in Vestec, and the following 4 simple principles must be met for a successful return:

• Mileage Limit: A maximum of 200 km has been driven since the handover.
• Original Condition: The car is in the same technical condition as upon handover, with no new damage and with complete equipment.
• Documentation: You must provide a notarized power of attorney for the transfer of the vehicle back to Drivalia along with the car.
• Settled Finances: If the purchase was financed by a bank (loan/leasing), all obligations must be settled first.

Financial Settlement

We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of contract termination.
Note: The refunded amount will be reduced by 5% (a fee covering the costs of securing the return and preparing the car for resale).

Note on deadlines: If the end of the 14-day period falls on a weekend or public holiday, you may return the vehicle on the next working day at the latest. We will be happy to provide more detailed information in person.
