The AutoCheck warranty supplement from Canadian insurance company Colonnade Insurance S.A. covers unforeseeable internal mechanical or electrical failures of the insured vehicle that require immediate repair or replacement of the defective part that caused the failure.
Simply put, it is a contractual warranty that follows on directly from the manufacturer’s warranty and guarantees the owner up to 100% coverage of the costs of post-warranty repairs (materials + labor). The insurance does not cover normal wear and tear.
